1,500.00

This English timepiece dates back to 1803-04 and is loaded with history. It's in great working shape for a 200+ year old watch. The maker is B. Heath (Willard B. Heath) a craftsman once located in London and moved to Bangor, Vermont, USA. In America he crafted timepieces from 1830-1850ca. This timepiece likely was brought as inventory when Mr. Heath moved to USA and was last serviced in Ludlow, Vermont, which can be seen on the top service paper. The sterling silver hallmarks support the date the timepiece was crafted. The balance cock is ornate, the porcelain face is simple Arabic numbers with a white background and the weight is 120.3g. It's key wind and key set. Just a very nice classic, quality timepieces. The pair case hallmarks match for 1803-04 and the outer case is loaded with round papers listing each service and hand written notes on the back of the paper.
