Nice Swiss verge fusee by "Tuvet in Geneve" dates  back to the early 1900c. The dial indicates this timepiece was contracted for "N.Dreyfus & Freres a Paris."  Baille lists under Edouard Tuvets  Fleurier  (flower) watch, Early 1900c. The pocket watch is similar in size to a 14's USA timepiece and its weight is 78.9g.

Dreyfus~may refer to French nationalist writer contemporary of the Dreyfus affair. 

Frerey~ translates to brother, a fellow member of an organization.
