Krumhuber, Verge Pocket Watch J. Michael, Vorchdorf YOUTUBE

Museum quality, Great looking and fantastic running verge fusee pocket watch from the late 1700's. The maker is John. Michael Krumhuber from Vorchdorf, Austria which is near Vienna.  It's a large 64.44 dimeator with a beautiful pair case having pinned tortis shell back. The shell is in good shape without any missing tortis on the back: however, there are a few cracks that really don't take away from the beauty. The watchmaker was known for making high quality timepieces and having elabrate metalwork. I've seen other examples of Krumhuber's verge fusee pocket watches; however, none of them are in such fine condition as this timepiece. The Tompion regulator allows you to really dial-in the timing of the movement to within 1-2 minutes per 24-hours. There is alot of good history on this timepiece. See the movement running excellent on YOUTUBE at: https://youtu.be/FJcpRpVBjrE /and/   https://youtu.be/Cl1u78_HrKM
